As of January 2009, third party documentation (books) seems thin on the 2009 Builder.
Only one irrelevant hit at Amazon. There are better hits on the 2007 version and the German Book
C++ mit dem Borland C++Builder 2007: Einführung in den C++-Standard und die objektorientierte Windows-Programmierung (Xpert.press) (German Edition) more than 1 000 pages seem to have the most.
Another not quite up to date book, coauthored by on of the experts in the field, Andrew Koenig, Andrew Koenig and Barbara E. Moo (2000): "Accelerated C++ Practical Programming by Example" Addison-Wesley,
ISBN 0-201-70353-X has downloadable source code for Borland C++ Builder version 5 or later.

You can make broader searches on BookFinder4U.com where there is also an out of print search functionality. I found a lot there.
